Veteran journalist &former CBS News National Correspondent Wyatt Andrews joins Jan Paynter to discuss the evolving role of journalism& media in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election. Journalistic ethics & the right of free expression will be among the topics covered. Andrews is Prof. of Practice in UVa.'s Dept.of Media Studies where he teaches courses in Multimedia reporting&The News Media.

Prof. Micah Schwartzman of UVa. School of Law explores the history of the separation of church & state, significant Supreme court decisions speaking to this issue & how attitudes toward separation animate American political life potentially affecting the outcomes of our elections. The establishment/ free exercise clause of the First Amendment & Article VI banning religious tests will be the focus.
