The Thomas Jefferson Health District and Virginia Cooperative Extension Offices will be offering a 2-Day ServSafe Food Safety Manager Course on January 22 and January 29, 2018. This class is for anyone in charge of food service operations such as hotels, restaurants, schools, clubs, churches, or any other food service establishment. The class will be held at the Thomas Jefferson Health Department, Door #3 at 1138 Rose Hill Drive in Charlottesville from 9am – 4:30pm both days.
