Each year for the past 27 years, world-renowned artist P. Buckley Moss has created an original watercolor especially for WVPT—Virginia's Public Television. Each year, prints of the original are made and sold exclusively through WVPT to support the broadcast of culturally enriching programs and series on WVPT. Known as "The People's Artist," P. Buckley Moss is a patron of the arts and is a champion for children with learning disabili\ties.
"Spring Barn" is the first of four prints in the Four Seasons series that artist P. Buckley Moss created exclusively for WVPT—Virginia’s Public Television. Moss has chosen an old brick barn to invoke those special memories of time spent in the country at Grandma's house. “Spring Barn” is the perfect name for this peaceful scene. A large black tree sits in front of a white fence in the foreground of the large yard and is surrounded by the quiet, serene estate and pale pink highlights of the seasonal sky.
